Authentic or Fakes Shoes?

All shoes that are sold on KickOnStyle.ca are guaranteed 100% authentic sneakers. We do not sell fake, replica. All shoes brought to KickOnStyle are buy directly from brand itself ( Nike.com) or authorize sellers ( Footlockers).We encourage our customers to shop around with complete confidence, knowing that are products are legitimate.

Can you provide the receipt to proof is provenance?

Yes sure ,we keep all the receipts from where we buy shoes. Customers that want the receipt have to ask for it once receive their order. Receipts will be send to your email or social media.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED

Orders will be processed and shipped between 2-5 business days of ordering.

SHIPPING COMFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

  DELIVERY Step

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

     HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. Please allow 24-72 hours from the time you receive the email from us for it’s status to update.

     MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT?

We know how important your order is!m We provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. We will always do our best to assist you, but we does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

     DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are proud to service our customers from Canada ,USA & Australia from now, but will definitely be international soon. As soon as we ship internationally we will update it here for you.

     What is the price Currently on our website?

The default pricing on our site is in CAD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default CAD Dollars on the checkout page.

     What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Afterpay & Seezle ( 4 equal payments with zero interest without credit check).

PayPal,Visa, Debit, MasterCard, E-Transfert.

  How Etransfer is Working?

Delivery Times?

Process Times usually takes 2-5 Business Days.

Once Shipped it usually takes 8-15business days to arrive in your home depending which warehouse the products you buy is. however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs.

I Received The Tracking Number but is not. working ?

Yes is normal it take normally between 5-7 Business Days before you can track your order from Canada Post website. That’s means that normally your order will arrive very soon ( 3-5 Business Days ).

8-15 Business Days is the Delivery Times that start once you get your tracking number from us by email.

Where is your Warehouse Locations?

1 warehouses in Canada, 1 in USA and 2 overseas. Which means that your order will be shipped from the closest location who has it.

     CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hours by email: info@kickonstyle.ca .We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

     WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAX?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in CAD Dollars. We also pay customs, duties and related customs fees.

     I just paid for my order. Now what’s the process?

When your order is ready for inspection, our team will make sure that everything is fine with your order.

After inspection, we will ship your order directly to you.

You’ll be notified by email with a tracking number with direct link so you can track your order easily with Canada Post or USPS or any others shipping carrier.
