Shipping Policy



Delivery

  • All of our orders always send with double box to protect your package. You can track them all with our email confirmation we send when order ship. Before sending the orders there is a processing time 2-3 days. Delivery of your order may take 8-15 days depending on where you are located. All orders are delivered and processed on business days only (weekends and holidays are excluded). Please allow an additional 2-4 days for shipments to rural areas.
  • When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us with your tracking number included in it. Will take 5-7 business days before you can track your order.Donโ€™t worry about it even if itโ€™s not trackable the delivery times start when you get our email.
  • Normally when you can track your order thatโ€™s means 3-5 business days left to get it.
  • Once you receive the email, click on the tracking number on emails to directly go on your shipping carrier.
  • If you can’t find your Tracking Number, Please email us your Order Number and we’ll send you theDetails.
Things To Keep In Minds
  • Tracking numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should updating within 5-7 business days.
  • Depending on the destination, the order may take 8 – 15 Business days to be delivered.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.Please note that we must receive all credit card verifications before we can process your order.

Shipping Carrier 

  • Delivery of orders is done primarily through Canada Post for Canadians customers and USPS for Americans customers. In certain circumstances, delivery of orders may also be made through courier and delivery companies recognized in Canada (i.e. Fedex, etc.).
  • All orders are shipped according to the option you chose and to the address you provided, which shall be accurate. An email is sent after each purchase to confirm your order and address. If you see an error or you wish to make any changes, please contact our Customer Support at info@kickonstyle.ca, and we will gladly apply the changes you request. 
  • We will invoice you the actual shipping costs, even if the order was initially deemed to be free of shipping costs, in cases where the delivery could not be completed by reason of inaccuracy in the address provided in your order causing a second delivery of the purchased item(s).

**Please note that shipping is limited to Canada, USA. We do not ship to any other country. **
