Description
The Nike Air Max 1 ‘Puerto Rico Day – Blue Gale’ represents one-half of a sneaker pack celebrating Puerto Rico. The retro runner features an off-white textile upper with contrasting pastel blue accents on the leather midfoot overlay and suede mudguard. In addition to a jeweled Swoosh, unique branding elements include ‘Puerto Rico’ lace dubrae and a woven tongue tag that displays a piragua (a Puerto Rican shaved ice dessert). Nike Air branding is embroidered in crimson lettering on the left heel, while ‘Puerto Rico’ is inscribed on the right. Lightweight cushioning arrives via a white polyurethane midsole with a visible Air Max unit nestled in the heel.
